Return and refund policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For our EU customers, you specifically have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Returned products must be in their original, resalable condition with all tags and accessories included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
